Refund Policy

We offer full or partial refunds within 14 days of purchase if:

• The template is completely non-functional.
• You contacted our support team and didn’t receive a response within 72 hours (business days).
• The product description was significantly misleading compared to what you received.

If your situation matches the above, you are eligible to request a refund.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:

• You changed your mind after purchase.
• The product was purchased by mistake, and access has already been provided.
• The purchase was made by someone else using your payment method with authorized access.
• You refused to provide our support team reasonable access to investigate the issue.
• More than 14 days have passed since your purchase without any valid support request.
• The product was purchased at a discounted or promotional price (no refunds on sale items).
• Refund requests during an ongoing discount campaign will only be considered after the campaign ends.
• Renewals, upgrades, or subscription payments are not refundable.
